As far back as 500BC, Hippocrates recognised the benefits of warmed seawater for its ability to rebalance and detoxify our bodies. Salt water bathing was believed to improve mobility by easing muscle and joint inflammation, and general aches and pains.

* Private pools close at 9pm. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using a private pool. Due to safety regulations a minimum of two people are required when using a private pool.
